Do colorless objects have colors outside the visible range

Colors are available only in the visible range,starting with the wavelength of 300 nm to 900 nm. Less than 200 is UV and more than 1000 is IR. No color outside visible range. So called transparent objects like water, glass etc. are not 100% transparent.
