Do dopplegangers exist?

I don't know if they exist or not but there are some Hindi movies about them. if they do exist, then, it would be good if they are in some hospital or something....

We see dopplegangers only in fiction stories and movies. But many believe that they really do exist in real life too. They believe that for every person there is alike person living in the world somewhere.
Some say they do not exist here but out of the universe. And many don't believe at all.
