Question is very simple but get confused,if you really don't know about eukaryotic cells.
For prokaryotic cell and eukaryotic there is a range in size.
Cell is the basic unit of life .cells aggregates to form tissue, organ ,organ system and ultimately organism .
Elephant has more cells compared to rat .
So elephant is bigger than rat.Not because of larger cells .
NOW consider cells as bricks .Big buildings have more number of cells compared to small buildings. But the size of brick is same.
Again you can confirm that elephant and rat are eukaryotes.Eukaryotic cells have range in size ,it vary but you cannot say that one is larger to other if you are considering same type cell. But if you compare liver cell to nerve cell of another it will be different.

Here is the answer
The question of whether cells are bigger in larger mammals than in smaller ones — think of an elephant'sliver cell compared with a liver cell from a mouse — is usually answered by saying that larger mammals don't typically have bigger cells, they justhave more of them.
