Answer:

Germs are nothing but the microbes that harms us , such as bacteria.

As we all know that bacteria are the unicellular prokaryotes .

As in 1855 Rudolf virchow said Omnis cellula e cellua which means all cell arise from pre - existing cell and bacteria is a type of cell which means bacteria form from other bacteria .....

hence , germs form from other germs .

Similarly other microbes are also formed from their pre existing cell but what about virus?

Virus is not a cell it is said that it came to earth by being carried by meteors or something else . But as we all know virus act as non living thing until it goes inside a living cell and when it goes inside the cell it start multiplying itself which means they are also forms from other viruses.

Germs = Harmful microbes = Harmful ( bacterias / fungi / algae / protozoans / viruses)

which proves all germs arise from pre existing germs.
