once there was a boy who was very poor. His condition was so worst that he even cant arrange meals for himself. A kind woman help him by providing him a glass full of milk. Soon he disappeared. 
After 10 years, that woman fell ill. The woman condition is not so that she could pay hospital bills. But as she felt so ill she was admitted in the hospital. She was treated and she become well again. She was sent a note by the doctor who treated her. In the note it was written
The bill was fully paid by a glass of milk.
The doctor was that poor boy and now that poor boy has become a great doctor and he paid her hospital bills
