Do I have the correct answer or not....?-_-

Q. Can two no.s have 16 as their HCF and 204 as their LCM ...?

my answer:-

we have to check if the HCF is the factor of LCM or not...

204÷16=12

so hence; two numbers cannot have 16 as their HCF and 204 as their LCM ...

Yes it is correct...

as the rule for these type of questions are :-

--} you have to find if the HCF is the factor of the LCM or not....then u have to divide and see the quotient....as u have written the qoutient as 12, it's correct so hence ... the LCM is not a factor of the HCF.... So therefore, the answer is correct..!;)

hope it helps you;!
