yes, after they absorb carbon dioxide from the bundle sheath, they perform calvin cycle in the mesophyll cells.

u mean they first give maltase to the bundle sheath, then absorb some part of the co2 produced?
as far as I know, the PEP molecules absorb carbon dioxide due to lack for RuBisCo and then after a series of steps give out carbon dioxide to the bundle sheath, where calvin cycle is carried. Hope this helps you. I'm sorry i dont know anymore.
