Yes, it is right that mobile phones spoil youth. But it also depends upon the nature of the child that whether he is using the phone for which purpose. If he/she is using it for studying purpose then there is no problem but if he/she is using it for any other purpose like playing video games,etc. then it is harmful for them.

mobile phones can be used to call parents, teachers or guardians in times of necessity, for example if a student is returning home late from his class then he can use his phone to inform the same to his parents. The youth should be given phones for this reason only. downloading of games and other social media apps can lead to distraction for daily life. Thus, leading to misuse of phone.
