All metals do not react with acids to liberate hydrogen.

But few metals can react with acids like gold and platinum.

But they do not produce any liberate hydrogen from dilute acids.

Only reactive metals like zinc can react with acids and produce liberate hydrogen.

So it depends on the molecule of the metals and only few metals liberate hydrogen gas from dilute acids.

No, all metals do not react with acids to liberate hydrogen. Some noble metals are gold, silver and platinum which do not liberate hydrogen from dilute acids. Reactive metals like zinc etc liberate hydrogen.
