Sir,
This to inform you that recently I have been travelling through bus for quite a continuous-time and there are some things that need to be changed and made better for the facility of passengers and to maintain decorum at the bus stand because the environment at the bus stand is really very stressing and disturbing.
First of all, I would like you to know that there is a scarcity of buses which causes fights between passengers and there is a rush for to catch the bus that ultimately leads to catching the running bus and many people get harmed by this action. And because of the scarcity of buses, people also hang on the bus to reach their destination which is very dangerous and if something happens to them, who is going to take responsibility?
The second problem on which I would like to throw light is that there is a lack of a queue system, which is why people keep on pushing each other to acquire the bus ticket.
