Hence, the former either go to old age homes on their own or are requested by their children to do so. At times, the weak and old parents cannot be given attention by their children, who are helpless due to their busy schedule or because of being occupied abroad; in both these cases an old age home is the only solution for the old. Sometimes reliable attendants cannot be found, so the old would be at risk to remain at home; in such a case too an old age home would be a good place of stay.
