Hi mate here is ur answer

Mensuration begins during when a women gets periods. The key harmone at the time of mensuration is oestrogens and progesterones and luteinizing harmone, follicle stimulating harmone are secreted by pituitary glands. under the influence of harmone so the oestrogens are not secreted before menarche.
