Relaxing is more of a mental thing than a physical one. Earlier and even in the late 20th century, people were barely addicted to electronic devices and the internet as opposed to the 21st century! They got free time to laugh with their friends and families, to look around, socialize, etc. But now the Internet has taken everything away like a storm.Our body may get rest but our mind never does. We are always obsessed with the useless activities going on in the social networkingsites, we spend more of our priceless time on unnecessary activities than on the useful ones.The computers and smartphones were invented to transform our complex and busy lives into simple and smoother ones. But, alas! It's doing just the opposite. Say for example, pick a random teenager from any random household, you will find him /her either having earphones glued to their ears or at least doing something unproductive with their smartphones!We stay busy for the wrong reasons. This is also a reason why most people are unfit these days.So, basically we may be getting a lot of physical relaxation because of technological advancements, but mental relaxation is only restricted to a fewer number of people who wisely uses science and it's inventions .If we fail to properly look after our brain, we would be paying interests in the form of health problems as we grow older!
