Answer is it depends on them as we know higgs field give mass to anything. So if the photons are in contact with higgs field then they have mass if they not the they are massless
But the fact is photons have mass(Usually)
If they didn't have mass then we can't see our shadows.
Because light is made up of photons

Yes photons have mass if they don't had mass then we can't able to see our shadows. Because light is made up of photons and when we come in front of light then it gets deflected and then we see shadows
