Do plant respire ? which organ help them in that process?

Though plants do not have specialized organs to help them breathe, as animals do, respiration is nonetheless critical for maintaining life and fueling growth in plants. Plant respiration is a rather diffuse process. It occurs all over the plant.


pranjal1837: yes the plants respire though they don't have specialised organ for respiration ... they respire through the tiny holes present on their leaves called as stomata

Yes plant respire by the means of their green aerial part wherever stomata is present usually by the help of leaves
