original no. 10x+y
interchange no. 10y+x
according to given condition
$10x + y = 8(x + y) \\ 10x + y = 8x + 8y \\ 10x - 8x = 8y - y \\ 2x - 7y = 0 ....1$
according to given condition
$10x + y - 45 = 10y + x \\ 10x - x + y - 10y = 45 \\ 9x - 9y = 45 \\ 9(x - y) = 45 \\ x - y = 5.....2$
multiply 2 with -2
we get
$- 2x + 2y = - 10....3$
adding 1 and 3
$- 5y = - 10 \\ y = 2$
putting y=2 in 2
$x - 2 = 5 \\ x = 5 + 2 \\ x = 7$
The original no. is 72 and interchange no. 27.
