Aluminum displaces Copper to form Aluminium Sulphate and Copper.

Explanation:

On checking the reactivity series, we find that aluminum is much more reactive than copper. So it displaces copper from its salt solution. There is a change in color and and layer of copper is deposited on the aluminum metal. This deposited layer is also of a different color.
