We need a strong youth group to build a stable future Children today should be the masterminds of a beautiful nation A healthy nation can be created by healthy children We should help each other and make a healthy nation

A Nation becomes strong with the youth in it. Children today become the pillar of nation tomorrow. We cannot deny that without children nothing is possible. Children are the happiness of a family and hope of a nation. Such children should be healthy and fit. They should given more concentration and care. We should build a strong which can be really a possible dream with healthy and brilliant children.

We should make strong actions and act wisely. When success not even a step more we should not become over confident. Till the end we should be healthy and fit to reach our goals triumphantly.

Great national leaders have shaped up our nation to a great level. Now it is in our hands to make our nation even more stronger.

thanks...

Dos and Don’ts of a Healthy Diet

Do : eat according to the "Food Pyramid" and maintain a balanced diet. Don’t be picky or overeat
Do : choose more fresh vegetables and meat and foods that are rich in dietary fibre such as whole wheat cereal products
Don’t : eat high-sugar food such as candies, ice-cream, soft drinks and other sugar-added drinks (for example, sugar-added fruit juice)
Do : choose lean meat. Skin the poultry and discard the fat. Avoid taking food that contains lots of saturated fat such as oily bone soup, fat meat, animal oil, cream or food with coconut oil
Do : choose low-fat or skimmed dairy products
Don’t : eat too salty, marinated or preserved food such as salted fish, preserved vegetables, Chinese sausages, sausages and luncheon meat
Do : use healthy cooking methods such as steaming, stewing, roasting, or boiling
Do : drink 6 to 8 glasses of fluids such as water, plain tea or clear soup everyday
Don’t : eat too much egg yolks and entrails
Do : choose vegetable oil (for example, rapeseed oil and peanut oil) and avoid animal oil (for example, lard and butter)
Do : have three meals everyday at regular hours. Healthy snacks can be taken between meals
Don’t : eat snacks such as candies, French fries, instant noodles, ice-cream and soft drinks because they contain many calories that not only cause obesity but also affect our appetite and hinder the intake of nutritious food
Do : have breakfast everyday
Do : eat at home as far as possible because most food offered by restaurants and fast food outlets are high in calories and rich in fat while low on dietary fibres. If you must eat out, eat according to the "Food Pyramid". Choose less spicy dishes and avoid sauces
Don’t : eat too much before going to bed
Do : relax when you eat and chew slowly. Don’t eat too fast
Do : moderate exercises regularly. Help with the housework and develop some healthy hobbies such as handicrafts and painting so that you will not be tempted to eat because there is nothing else to do
Don’t : buy food from unlicensed hawkers
Do : read the food labels carefully when you buy any food.....
