Yes, they do.
Natural Satellites:
Earth has only natural satellite moon which revolves in an elptical orbit.
Artificial Satellites:
• There are three orbits:
a. Low Earth Orbits (LEO) 180km to 2000km from earth surface
b. Medium Earth Orbits (MEO) 2000km to 35789km
c. High Earth Orbits (HEO) more than 35780km
• Types of satellites:
a. Geosynchrnous Satellite (GSAT)
b. Indian National Satellite (INSAT)
c. Indian Regional Navigational Satellite System (IRNSS)
d. IRS (Indian Remote Sensing Satellite)
