hi I have not got the chance to answer the question but ''' I think that mainly students r not getting proper chances in rural areas, we cannot only judge India on the basis of urban areas, India is mainly made up of rural areas, not its a developing country but still their r many places where childrens From low cast r not allowed to sit in, benches, students not paying fee r now t allowed in class room......

Yes, the schools provide them equality because the school does not know whether the child came from poor or aristocratic class
