yes Schwan cell produces myelin sheath.

=> option 4 ( both B and C )
as myelin is present in axon of neurones cells,
and glial cell is surrounded by Neurons.

In the PNS - Schwann cells produce the myelin
in the CNS - glial cells called oligodendrocytes produce myelin.
since in the above MCQ there is no specification of PNS or CNS
and Schwann cells is not an option here but Schwann cells are part of a neuron . so ...
