Let the three consecutive odd numbers be x, x + 2, x + 4.

Given that product of three consecutive odd numbers = 357627.

= > (x) * (x + 2) * (x + 4) = 357627

= > x(x^2 + 4x + 2x + 8) = 357627

= > x^3 + 6x^2 + 8x = 357627

= > x^3 + 6x^2 + 8x - 357627 = 0

= > (x - 69)(x^2 + 75x + 5183) = 0

= > x = 69, x = The roots are real and imaginary,

So, x = 69.

Then,

x + 2 = 71

x + 4 = 73.

Therefore, the sum of three numbers = 69 + 71 + 73 = 213,.

Therefore, the final answer is option(A).

Hope this helps!
