Step-by-step explanation:

\tt \dfrac{4x-2}{3}- \dfrac{23}{3}=13-5(\dfrac{7x+5}{3})

\tt \implies \dfrac{4x-2-23}{3}=13- \dfrac{35x-25}{3}

\tt \implies \dfrac{4x-25}{3}= \dfrac{39-35x-25}{3}

\tt \implies \dfrac{4x-25}{3}= \dfrac{14-35x}{3}

\tt \implies 3(4x-25)=3(14-35x)

\tt \implies 12x-75=42-105x

\tt \implies 12x+105x=75+42

\tt \implies 117x=117

\tt \implies x= \dfrac{117}{117}

\tt \implies x= 1

Hope it helps....

 \dfrac{4x - 2}{3}  -  \dfrac{23}{3} \:  = 13 - 5( \dfrac{7x + 5}{3} )

 =  >  \: \dfrac{4x - 2 - 23}{3} \:  = 13 - \dfrac{35x +25}{3}

 = >  \: \dfrac{4x - 25}{3} \:  = \dfrac{39 - 35x  - 25}{3}

=>4x-25=14-35x

=>4x+35x=14+25

=>39x=39

=>x=39/39=1

so value of x is 1
