do the equation -2x-3y=1 and 6y+4x=-2 represent a pair of coincide​

(-2x - 3y = 1) (6y+ 4x = -2)

we put like terms in same side so,

(-2x - 4x = 1) (6y+3y= -2)

(-6x = 1) (9y= -2)

I think that u already know the reason that why I have multipled 1 ×9y

-6x = 1×9y = -2

-6x = 9y = -2
