Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

4x+3y-1 =5    , 12x+9y =15

4x+3y-6=0  , 12x+9y -15=0

a₁ =4,b₁ =3,c₁=-6     a₂=12,b₂=9,c₂=-15

a₁/a₂ =  4/12 = 1/3

b₁/b₂=3/9 =1/3

c₁/c₂ = -6/-15 =2/5

so , a₁/a₂ = b₁/b₂ ≠c₁/c₂

Hence they are not coincident lines , they are parallel lines
