a.gold and silver are lustrous metal and thus these metals have shining properties and that's why it is used to makes jewellery. b.copper doesn't react with hot ,cold steam water but iron does and that's why copper is used to make hot water tanks...c.aluminium is good conductor of heat and it form a protective layer of oxygen and that prevents further reaction .....hope it helps
