no we can't prepare dry lands for cultivation. the plants cannot grow in the dry lands because of the there is no humanity.

no we cannot prepare dry lands as same as coltivation .Because in dry lands the ground water level is less and humidity of the land os less also the land is non porus and so the plants cannot grow here.
