Answer:

Are the apples sold by them?

Explanation:

to change a sentence from passive to active voice:

1). find out the subject in the sentence.

2). find out the object in the sentence(if any)

3). now, find the verb and change the verb in its third form( e.g.: buy will be charged into bought )

4). Use the object of the sentence in place of subject, now the that object becomes the subject of the new sentence. similarly use subject in place of object. now that subject is the new object for the new sentence.

5). order will be as follows:

object ( now subject) + helping verb(is/am/are/be/was/were/hs/have) + main verb(third form) + preposition(by/to/in/from etc) + subject(now object)

EXAMPLE:

passive voice: I write a letter to my father.

active voice: A letter is written by me to my father.
