Toads do not have an exoskeleton.

They belong to the Amphibians class which does not have any form of exoskeleton appearances in their bodies.

The exoskeleton is general the skeleton system of the body outside in the form of tough shells, and the soft part including muscles and skin inside that one can usually see in snails and turtles.
