YES , WE ALL FEEL IT AS WHEN WE EXCERCISE OUR MUSCLES START WORKING AND PRODUCE LACTIC ACID AND AFTER SOME TIME IF WE DO NOT DO STRETCHING OUR MUSCLES GET TIGHTENED AS THE LACTIC ACID STAYS THERE ONLY AND STICKS THEIR BUT IF WE DO  STRETCHING THE LACTIC ACID FLOWS INTO DIFFERENT PARTS OF OUR BODY AND WE DID NOT FEEL TIGHTENED IN OUR MUSLES.
