Perimeter= 2 (Base + Side)

One side= x

Other= x + 30

180.= 2 ( x + x + 30)

180 = 2 ( 2x + 30 )

180 = 4x + 60

180 - 60 = 4x

120 = 4x

120/4 = 30

Therefore length of parallelogram i.e base is 60cm.
