Actually according to me both are important because when people see u at first they should think "Wow! How neat he has dressed.. What a good and bright face"..And they shouldn't think "What the hell is this... He is too dirt plss dont go near him.. "
So u have to be neat in ur looks too.. "FIRST IMPRESSION IS THE BEST IMPRESSION "
Looks are important when we are just starting our relationship with anyone...
After we continue our relationship we should be good in behaviour or everyone will avoid u..
Good behaviour and skills would take u to the victory...
So skills, Behaviour and looks are important....

No , not at all.
Suppose if someone's looks are good but behaviour is not good and he is very bad at academics , then no one likes him or her . No one wants to be his or her friend.
