Do u think that large scale use of silkworms for making silk can lead to extinction of silkworm why or why not give the answer in detaiĺ

yes,i think the large scale use of silk worms for making silk may lead to the extinction of silkworms.because now in this generation our population has increased so the production also will increase as population is higher production of silk products also should be in a large quantity.
but,there is a chance that the silkworms may not be extincted if we start increasing the population of silkworms proportional to the production of silk products.so,if the silkworms are reproduced/increased in their population proportional to the silk products then silkworms may not be extincted.
