Do u think that Pygmalion has the framework of a romance with unromantic elements thrown into it? Illustrate your answer with examples.

Yes the Pygmalion has the framework of romance because of the way it shows love and romantic love story that one can't think of and reader become part of it while reading because it uses the reality base things also.
For example Pygmalion was in love with his own statue and even considered it as his wife , always show his love for it when comes to home and even pray for it. And by the goddess his statue came to real life . ,he weds with her also.
Now some one thinks about how a man can love a statue but it is what it was happening in all the play
