Just because an animal is bigger in size does not mean the cell size is bigger. It only means that the number of cells is more in bigger animals than in smaller ones. Therefore I conclude that the size of the elephants cell will not be larger than that of a rat

size of an organisms does not determine how big cells it will have. organisms which are big in size have more cells of similar size as smaller organisms have.. ultimately the size of the cell will be same in both big organism like elephant and smaller organisms like rat
