I think yes especially in languages becoz it directly attracts valuer ...I m well experienced on it on being good presentator...

No they won't give any extra marks.But if u present nicely they get attracted towards ur paper.so they can nice marks even though if its wrong.
Ohh I think its rubbish
They give marks according to the ans key
