Hey dear !!!
________________________

==> In the example !!

41x + 53y = 135 .................(1)

53x + 41y = 147 ..................(2)

We have to find the value of x and y by using elimination method. We know that while solving simultaneous equations we need two same value with same variable in both equations

Here we have to make same value of two variables so let's do!

Multiply by 41 equation no. (1) and multiply by 53 equation no. (2) we get

41*(41x + 53y = 135)

1681x + 2173y = 5535 .........(3)

Also,

53*(53x + 41y = 147)

2809x + 2173y = 7791 ..........(4)

Now, subtract the equation no. (3) and (4) we get

1681x + 2173y = 5535

2809x + 2173y = 7791
(-)--------(-)------------(-)-----------

-1128x = -2256

x = -2256/-1128

x = 2

taking x = 2 in equation no. (2) we get,

53x + 41y = 147

53*2 + 41y = 147

106 + 41y = 147

41y = 147 - 106

41y = 41

y = 41/41

y = 1

∴ x = 2 and y = 1 are the solution of the given equation !!

Thanks !!!
