I cant agree it completely .In some situations it can create peace.It depends on the situation.Consider the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki -we cant exactly say whether it brings peace or not.

IN MY OPINION WAR BRINGS TROUBLE AND CONFLICT IN THE COUNTRY/STATE.
BECAUSE OF WARS MANY PEOPLES DIED . MANY HOMES AND HOUSES OF PEOPLES GET DESTROYED. IT ALSO COST THE STATES INCOME.
