Answer:
I guess technically you could if you have a certified dietician plan your meals but there is no way you can sustain this or you could if you are a robot.
I think if you focus on eating ample amount of veggies of various colors with various types of proteins (both plant and animal based) and also healthy fats, then technically you can.
Here would be my best guess:
- Breakfast: a nice morning green smoothie with spinach, kale, zucchini, banana, berries, cinnamon, cayenne, and some vegetarian protein source such as protein powder or yogurt/cottage cheese.
- Lunch: a big salad that is packed with greens, veggies, and some chicken breast or canned tuna
- Dinner: a big stir fry or stew that is packed with veggies, complex carbs, and fish or meat based protein.
Since you can change up the fruits, protein, and veggie choices in these recipes along with spice profiles, so maybe you can keep up this meal plan with enough diversity and not get bored.
Hopefully this helps but it is okay to indulge in something delicious from time to time or you may go crazy.
