no we dont feel atmospheric pressure beacuse it is balanced by our blood pressure ......

No, we do not feel the atmospheric pressure because the pressure of oxygen in our blood is slightly more than the atmospheric pressure. Thus, it counterbalances the amount of atmospheric pressure. Therefore, we do not feel the effect of atmospheric pressure.
