ANSWER:

Yes, we do find politics even in non-political domains.

EXPLANATION:

Politics is a process wherein decisions are made in the interest of the people. Institutions generally decide what is fair and unfair, and then they mutually remove unfair practices in the system. Govt. is one such significant institution.

Non-political domain comprise anything and every political expression which is external the formal edifice of party-politics, such as interest groups, lobbies, and pressure groups. If the govt. is good, then all decisions are taken in favour of the public.

However if the govt. is corrupt, then people will suffer since politicians will be concerned only about themselves. Thus non-political domains form groups and organise rallies/movements/campaigns to stand up for their needs and demands.

They negotiate with the govt. with regard to their demands and if the govt. does not listen to them, they protest/strike and take out marches/rallies. As such this too is a form of politics since such movements/rallies are made in the interest and on behalf of other people.

Thus, politics in the non-political domain refers to a set of retorts to issues in the formal political process which disallowed the interests of an entire range of social groups and numerous significant problems from getting converted into the electoral calculus of party politics.
