Do you agree that a massive 'information gap' still remains between developed and developing countries? why?

Social problems such as poverty, unemployment, lack of education and health services, gender issues and ageing were of common concern to both developed and developing countries. Poverty eradication and health problems, on the other hand, were more critical to developing countries.
