Right to constitutional remedies is itself is a Fundamental Right. This right makes other rights effective. It is possible that sometimes our rights may be violated by fellow citizens, private bodies or by the government. When any of our rights are violated we can seek remedy through courts. If it is a Fundamental Right we can directly approach the Supreme Court or the High Court of a state.

as it gives the people or citizens of the country the right to protest or speak against the discrimination they faced by any one.
If any of the fundamental right of citizen is violated, they can use this right that is constitutional remedies.
By Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar it was said that this right is the heart and soul of our constitution. This right makes the other rights effective.
