In the year 1939 the Swedish parliament nominated adoft Hitler for the noble prize for peace. they argued that it was through adoft atrocities, peace and it's organisation were formed and made stronger. eg the formation of UN. however, it was made know that EGC Brandt was never serious in his nomination to begin with. however, this instance clearly brings about the downside of Emile Durkheim, a famous french sociologist who believe crime is a normal aspect of society and crime itself serve a social purpose.

it is true that through crimes legal system and security of society have change and the people approach. however, it is wrong to assume crime is the melting pot of social harmony. if anything but an element of social function. To bring about a positive change in legal or security system it is human development but not crime.
