The hypothesis that crime is a natural part of the culture is focused on Emile Durkheim's idea that crime actually has a societal purpose. That social role is to help or persuade a society's social values by finding crime to be moving against the standard.

Explanation:

  • It is clear that the justice framework and the stability of communities have shifted and criminals are reaching by violence. Yet to say that violence is the melting pot of societal stability is incorrect. If anything but social purpose feature. It is personal growth but not corruption to bring about a meaningful shift in law or protection structure.
  • Functionalists claim that criminality is often advantageous to community-it will enhance societal cohesion and social control, for example. The Functionalist criminal study starts with the entirety of society. It helps to describe criminality by looking not at people but at the essence of culture.
