yes definitely I agree the statement development must be woven around people,not people around development as it is known to us that development is the process of continuous and progressive change occurring in society . Any of the development activities need human resource for its best completion. In country development is very much necessary , as it increases the faith of people towards the system and also enables to lead their life in comfortable manner. Thus, if people are woven around development then the negative feeling increases in them which further leads to decrement of faith towards system and cant pave path for development. So, development must be woven around people,not people around development.
