Answer:
I dont agree sorry because I like gandhi
Answer:
Anyway, I will not say that It was foolish because he wanted Indians to give up on violence. But According to me, It was very insensitive of him. He was indeed a great person, 'The man of Principles' but he was not great for a leader.
Imagine yourself as a plantation worker of that time , working on a daily wage. Where even the idea of imagining yourself in a better place is absurd. And you decided to join the noncooperation movement for the sake of the hope of a better future. For that, you risked everything, Your life, needs of you and your family. After all, the number of Bread consumed by your family in a day depends on how much you earned that day.

Many of your friends died in police assaults but you are determined and hopeful that this man Gandhi is your Messiah and you will achieve what you always desired....you have already boycotted the plantation and your that decision have pushed your family on to the edge. But you are certain that Gandhi will lead you and your family to the better tomorrow.

but after a few violence incidences like that of Chauri-chaura, the movement is called off.
Now you have nowhere to go. You can't continue the protest as their is no organised leadership and if you will go back to the plantation, the owner and the Government will be more strict and ruthless. They will pay you lesser wage than before but you can't say no to it as your decision to join that movement have already pushed your family to their limits, you can't let them die of hunger.
I hope it helps you my friend
