Yes I agreee PIL is an effective way to achieve justice for all. Not all people afford get justice in courts as it is a time-consuming process and is very expensive. So, PIL was an innovative way to get justice for the poor class.

Anyone who is affected by a crime/ faces violation or witnessed the crime can write a simple letter to the court to draw their attention to any matter of public importance.

For example: Heavy corruption in police department, Municipalities ill-functioning,etc.
