yes . because he couldn't choose both the aims I.e roads .He had to select one from the two .This he had to regret that he couldn't choose both the roads

Yes because he couldn't chose both roads he had to select one from two that morning when he was trying to decide which one to take the road have been equally traveled and he can tell because no one has walked on the leaf to turn them dark with mud and dirt but he was alone so he can only chose one road
