I agree that workers are exploited in the unorganized sector. They do not have any job security. They are low paid . They are made to work more what they are paid for .

for example : a labour is doing work in a shop .
if the shop owner dont want to give salary to the worker , the owner can remove the worker from his shop . Many people in unorganised sector are poor labourers. The shop owners accept them without any document . Hence the life of people who work in an unorganised sector is not secure.
